Murray River Salt prides themselves on quality, in the instance you receive our product damaged or faulty we will incur all postage and handling costs.

With all returns, refunds or exchange of product the customer will need to provide a copy of their invoice and or proof of purchase.

Murray River Salt operates within standard EST business hours of 9am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.

Refund or Exchange

If you have received the wrong product or for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact Murray River Salt via email or phone 03 50 215 355 within 30 days of receiving the goods.  

Damaged or faulty Product

If you have received product that is faulty and or damaged please contact Murray River Salt via email or phone 03 50 215355 within 72 hours of receiving the goods.  Upon your request our team can arrange for replacement of the product or a full refund including postage and handling.

Cancellation Policy

Once the product has left our premises we are no longer able to accept any cancellations.  In the event you wish to cancel an order please contact Murray River Salt by phone 03 50 215355 and one of our team members can help you with the status of your order.

Australia Post is currently seeing a significant uplift in parcel volume that is resulting in delivery delays across their network. For up to date information, please visit the Australia Post website.

Your safety is our priority. As the cases of COVID-19 increase, we are taking additional precautions, to help keep everyone safe during this time. Going forward we will no longer require a signature on delivery, allowing our delivery partners to leave your parcel at the door without contact where possible.

We endeavour to have your parcel delivered as soon as possible. However, unavoidable delays can occur. If you have not received your purchase in the time frame provided, and you have tried tracking with no results, please contact us.

Please ensure your address is complete and correct when going through checkout. Orders, where Australia Post have deemed the address incorrect or insufficient, may result in delayed delivery, lost parcels or returned parcels.
