The Saltiest Christmas Giveaway 2024

Terms of Entry

Eligibility: The giveaway is open to residents of Australia only, aged 18 years or older. Employees, representatives, and agents of Murray River Salt and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Entry Requirements: To enter, participants must fill out the designated entry form on the Murray River Salt website & follow Murray River Salt on Instagram. By submitting their entry, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Email Subscription: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be added to the Murray River Salt “Salty Society” email newsletter list. Participants can unsubscribe at any time, but unsubscribing before the winner is drawn may result in disqualification from the giveaway.

Entry Period: The giveaway entry period begins on Monday 25th November at 9am and ends on Monday 16th December at 12noon AEST. Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive a Weber® Q® Premium (Q2200N), one (1) Cheat Meats rub pack and one (1) gift pack of Murray River Salt products containing 250g home box, 150g grinder salt bag, 150g salt flake pouch, 200g flake salt canister, wooden salt mill, Murray River Salt apron, Murray River Salt ham bag and Murray River Salt tote bag”. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries after the entry period has closed. The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the giveaway closing date. If the winner does not respond within thirsty (30) days, Murray River Salt reserves the right to select a new winner.

Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Murray River Salt to publish their name on its social media channels and website, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy: Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used in accordance with Murray River Salt’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with any third parties without consent. Email addresses provided for this giveaway will be added to the Salty Society newsletter list, which participants can opt out of at any time.

General Conditions: Murray River Salt reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any technical or other issue impacts the fairness or integrity of the giveaway. Murray River Salt reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Terms & Conditions or attempts to tamper with the entry process.

Limitation of Liability: By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Murray River Salt, its employees, and agents from any liability or damages arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

Governing Law: This giveaway is governed by the laws of Australia, and entrants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Australian Courts.
