From ancient saline aquifers of the Murray Darling basin to our beautiful 250g Home Chef Box, our stunning salt flakes are a result of the mineralised brines produced from the saline aquifers which are particularly high in magnesium, calcium and to a lesser degree, potassium and iodine.

You can be rest assured our products are completely natural, with no additives or preservatives and are free from micro plastics, herbicides and pesticides.

Did you know that the most effective way to manage salinity is to prevent it from entering the rivers in the first place.

This is done by:

1. Improving farming and irrigation practices to prevent extra salt from seeping or washing into the rivers
2. Operating salt interception schemes

Salt interception schemes involve pumps that divert groundwater away from rivers and into evaporating basins.

Fourteen of these have been installed at locations in the Murray-Darling Basin where water in the soil (groundwater) is particularly high in salt.

We're proud to be the only operator harvesting Australia's only naturally pink salt and assisting in the combat against salinity for our future generations.
