Murray River Salt is used in Suburban Brew’s winter limited release Stout ‘Salted Chocolate & Fig’. We love their commitment to ‘sourcing locally’ – the figs were sourced from a family property in Sunraysia, and to create the roundness of palette and a touch of salinity, Murray River Salt was added during the boiling process on brew day.
