2 thick pieces of sourdough bread, toasted lightly
Butter of your choice
1 avocado, halved and sliced
100g feta, crumbled
Generous pinch of Murray River Salt Naturally Pink Salt Flakes
Cracked black pepper
1. Toast your sourdough, apply lashings of butter, top with the sliced avocado, crumble the feta over
the avocado and sprinkle with Murray River Salt Flakes and cracked black pepper.
2. Enjoy with your morning coffee!
