Braised Crispy Pork Belly

Serves: 2 people
Prep time: 25 minutes minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
Pork Belly
Star anise
Bay leaf
Clove
Murray River Salt Pink Flakes
Method:
Set a pot of water to boil and add star anise, bay leaf, clove and Murray River Salt.
Once you have a rolling boil, add the pork belly strips to the water and allow to simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender.
Remove the pork belly from the pot and pat as dry as possible.
Pierce the rind with a fork and season all sides with Murray River Salt and Chinese five spice.
Gently place the pork skin side up in to the air fryer set to 200C for 20 minutes.
Remove and rest for 5 minutes, then serve.
