
Ingredients
750g baby octopus (cleaned)
Murrray River Salt flakes
Black pepper
1 tbsp plain flour
3 cloves of thinly sliced garlic
1 finely sliced red chilli
Serve with lemon
Method
Add 750g of cleaned baby octopus to a large mixing bowl. Season generously with Murray River Salt and cracked black pepper then mix well.
Lightly dust with 1 TBSP of plain flour and mix again.
Add 3 cloves of thinly sliced garlic and 1 finely sliced red chilli to the mixture.
Add the seasoned baby octopus to the air fryer basket and drizzle with olive oil. Place in to the air fryer preheated to 180C for roughly for roughly 15 minutes.
Half way through pull the air fryer basket and toss then continue cooking.
Once the baby octopus is nice and crispy remove and serve in a bowl.
Finish with a generous squeeze of lemon and enjoy!
