Grilled Peach Salad

Ingredients:

Honey Balsamic Dressing Ingredients
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
½ cup good quality olive oil
Pinch of Murray River Salt Pink Salt Flakes
Cracked black pepper to taste

Salad Ingredients
7 yellow or white peaches, halved or quartered
4 figs, halved or quartered
1 small red onion, thinly sliced into rings
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
300g burrata (or 2 pieces)
Handful fresh basil leaves

Method:

1. In a small bowl, whisk together the salad dressing and set aside.

2. Place the peaches cut side down on the BBQ grill plate and allow to grill for around several
minutes before turning over to grill the other side.

3. Transfer the peaches to a plate or bowl and allow them to cool down for 5 minutes.

4. Assemble your salad using all of the ingredients above and drizzle with the honey balsamic
dressing when you are ready to serve.
