1/4 cup dijon or wholegrain mustard (we have used dijon) 4 tablespoons ShortHive Salted Honey 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup good quality extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon Murray River Salt Naturally Pink Salt Flakes 1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
1. Combine all ingredients into a medium sized jar with a lid.
2. Screw on the lid and shake well to combine.
3. Drizzle over your choice of salad, meats or as a dipping sauce.
