
For the Salmon Bites
2 skin-off salmon fillets, cut into thick cubes
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Murray River Salt
For the Spicy Yoghurt Sauce
½ cup Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
Juice of ½ a lemon
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp Murray River Salt
For Serving
Hot honey, for drizzling
Spring onion, finely sliced, for garnish
Place the salmon cubes in a bowl and toss with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and Murray River Salt until evenly coated.
Arrange salmon pieces in the air fryer basket. Cook at 200°C for 8–10 minutes until just cooked through and lightly crisped on the edges.
While the salmon cooks, mix Greek yoghurt, hot sauce, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and Murray River Salt in a small bowl until smooth.
Transfer the salmon bites to a bowl, drizzle generously with hot honey, and garnish with sliced spring onion. Serve with the spicy yoghurt sauce for dipping.
