Murray River Salted Caramel Tim Tam Hedgehog Slice

Ingredients:
2 x 175g packets Murray River Salted Caramel Tim Tams
250g shortbread biscuits
200g butter
300g dark chocolate
300g cocoa powder
1 x 395g tin sweetened condensed milk
50g shredded coconut
40g coconut oil
Method:
Line a 20 x 20cm tin with baking paper. Make sure you leave plenty of baking paper hanging over the edge to help you remove the slice once it has set.
Roughly chop 6 of the Tim Tams and set aside. These will go on top of the slice.
Place the shortbread biscuits into a plastic or silicone bag and bash with a rolling pin into small pieces, not dust. Add the Tim Tams and repeat. Set aside.
Place butter, 100g of the chocolate (reserving the rest for the top), cocoa and condensed milk into a large microwave proof bowl and melt for 4 minutes on medium power until all melted. Stop and stir if required.
Add in the biscuit crumbs, add the coconut, and combine well with a spatula. Press into the prepared tin and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Melt the remaining 200g chocolate and coconut oil together and spread over the slice. Place the chopped Tim Tams on top and return to the fridge. Once set, slice, and enjoy!
