Prep time: 5-10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 60ml of quality white rum
  • Campari
  • Pineapple juice
  • Lime juice
  • Sugar syrup
  • Slice of pineapple
  • Ice
  • Murray River Salt

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker
  2. Shake well
  3. Salt rim of glass
  4. Strain contents into glass
  5. Garnish with pineapple slice
