Chilli Salt Rim Ingredients 1 lime wedge ¼ cup Murray River Salt Naturally Pink Salt Flakes 3 tablespoons chilli flakes
Margarita Ingredients 120ml tequila 60ml Cointreau Juice from 2 fresh limes 3 glasses of ice
To serve Fresh chilli or wedges of lime
1. Combine the salt and chilli in a shallow bowl.
2. Run the lime wedge around the outer rims of 2 glasses and dip the rims in the chilli salt mix.
3. In a cocktail shaker, add the tequila, Cointreau and lime juice. Add 1 cup of ice to the shaker and shake for 10 seconds.
4. Fill your glasses with the remaining ice and strain the margarita liquid into both glasses. Garnish with fresh chilli.
