Dragon Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 large red pitaya or dragon fruit, skin removed and diced into chunks
1 large frozen banana
1 cup frozen mixed berries or berries of your choice
½ cup coconut milk (or milk of your choice)
Healthy pinch of Murray River Salt Pink Salt Flakes
Optional: Scoop of protein powder (we used vanilla flavour)

Method:

1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until well combined.

2. Pour into 2 tall glasses to serve.
