Fossey’s has fully embraced the culture of Australian distilled spirits using Australian Botanicals and locally sourced products to show case some of the best Mildura and Australia has to offer.

Fossey’s use the Murray River Salt in the steeping process alongside saltbush in their ‘Old Man Saltbush’ Gin.

‘The saltbush was ok on its own but needed a little extra lift which is how we came to use Murray river salt.

We absolutely love the product, love working with you guys and obviously it’s local which is unbelievably important to us’.
