Marinated Grilled Aussie Tiger Prawns

Serves: 4 people
Prep time: 10-15 minutes
Setting time: 1 minutes
Cooking time: 2 minutes
Ingredients:
Marinade Recipe
4 finely diced garlic cloves
1/2 finely diced red chilli
2 TBSP Italian Parsley
1 TBSP
Murray River Salt Flakes
2 tsp cracked black pepper
3 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
10-12 Aussie Tiger Prawns
Method:
1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and combine.
2. Place in fridge and allow to marinate for 1 hour.
3. Add Tiger Prawns to a searing hot plate and cook for 2 minutes on one side.
4. Flip and cook for a further 1.5-2 minutes until prawns have lost their translucency and are firm to touch.
5. Remove from heat and finish with a squeeze of lemon.
