Salt and Pepper BBQ Calamari

Come Grill With Me
Serves: 2 people
Prep time: 10 Minutes minutes
Cooking time: 8 Minutes
Ingredients:
700-800g Calamari, cleaned and pat dried.
2 tbs
Murray River Pink Salt
1 tbs White pepper
1 tbs Garlic powder
2 tbs Olive oil
2 tbs olive oil for basting.
Method:
Clean calamari hoods and score or slice, then place aside in a bowl.
Combine salt, pepper and garlic powder in a bowl.
Coat calamari with olive oil and dry ingredients.
Prepare and preheat BBQ for direct cooking on a grill grate. Med/high heat.
Cook calamari over heat for 3-4 mins a side or until chargrilled. Brush once with oil halfway through.
Serve immediately with salad and fresh lemon Wedge.
