Salted Grapefruit Margarita

1 grapefruit, juiced or grapefruit juice
2 ounces tequila
1-ounce triple sec
1 tablespoon agave syrup
Murray River Salt, for rimming the glasses
Ice
Grapefruit slices, for garnish 

Method:

Method: 

  1. In a shaker, combine the grapefruit juice, tequila, triple sec, and agave syrup. Shake well until combined. 
  2. Run a grapefruit slice around the rim of each glass, then dip the rims into a plate of Murray River Salt to coat. 
  3. Fill the glasses with ice and pour the margarita mixture over the top, dividing it evenly between the two glasses. 
  4. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and serve immediately. The salt rim will complement the tartness of the grapefruit, creating a refreshing and balanced taste.
