Ingredients:

  • 3 slices of cucumber
  • 4 coriander leaves
  • 1.5 Oz of 23rd Street Distillery Rose Vodka
  • .5 Oz sugar syrup
  •  Half a lime
  • Soda water
  • Ice
  •  Pinch of Murray River Salt

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker (except soda water)
  2. Salt rim of glass
  3. Strain contents into glass
  4. Top with soda water
  5. Garnish with lime
