Steak with Salsa Verde

  • 1 scotch fillet steak
  • Murray River Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil


Richo’s Salsa Verde 

  • 1 tbsp cornichon, chopped
  • 1 tbsp pitted green olives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp capers, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, microplaned
  • 1 white salad onion, diced
  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch chives, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Murray River Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Allow your steak to come up to room temperature. Season with salt and pepper and coat with a little extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Place the steak on a hot grill pan over high heat, cook the steak to your preference. Set aside to rest.
  3. Combine all of the salsa verde ingredients in a bowl, spoon over the steak to serve.
