Homemade Chimichurri with Wagyu Tri-Tip

Ingredients:

Chimichurri Recipe:
  • 1 Shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 Red Chilli, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 2 tsp Murray River Salt to season
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • ¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup finely chopped coriander
  • ½ cup finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 TBSP finely chopped oregano

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Leave in fridge for 30 minutes
  3. Cook Wagyu
  4. Plate
